Raffles Academy is sensitive to the different qualifications and prior backgrounds of applicants. Applications are welcomed from potential students with qualifications or experience which do not readily fit the conventional pattern. (A number of bridging modules are available for students who would not meet the entry requirements directly)
The course is taught in English. The standard of English Language required is 'O' Level Grade C and above, or a minimum average of 6.0 of the academic IELTS, or TOEFL Grade 550 and above. Raffles Academy offers English For Foreign Students (EFFS) at Elementary, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate and Advanced (TOEFL) levels.

Award :
Students who have completed 120 credit points from Diploma will proceed to Higher Diploma. Upon completion of the Diploma, they will be awarded Raffles Diploma in Computer Science and upon completion of the remaining Higher Diploma modules, plus a project, (120 credit points) they will be awarded Raffles Higher Diploma in Computer Science.
Students who have successfully completed the Higher Diploma are eligible to gain direct entry into the final year of Bachelor of Science (Hons) Computer Systems Engineering degree.

Acceptable standard of the English Language or passed Raffles Academy English placement test

Award :
In the second year, students can proceed to Higher Diploma in Raffles Accademy Singapore or apply to study in B.H.M.S. Switzerland, subject to B.H.M.S.’ approval. Students who study in Raffles Accademy Singapore have to complete ten modules, plus a project (150 credit points), in order to get the Raffles College Higher Diploma and B.H.M.S. Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management. They can also opt to sit for another external examination from CTH. Upon passing the CTH examination, students can get Advanced Diploma from CTH.
Students who have successfully completed the Higher Diploma are eligible to gain direct entry into the final year of Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Management (Hospitality & Tourism Management) or transfer to B.H.M.S. Switzerland with six months classroom training and six months paid industry training.
